Shipping info

I am pleased to say that I currently offer shipping to the UK, Europe, USA and Canada. If you live outside these countries please contact me and I will see what I can do. Unfortunately couriers do not offer insurance when shipping ceramics so I try to accommodate with extra packaging. This combined with the weight can make shipping costs slightly higher.

I dispatch from my studio in West Norwood. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

Packaging

The environment is important to me. I aim to pack my pieces in packaging that is recyclable.

Customer returns

You have the right to request a return of your purchase within 14 days of delivery, you then have 14 days to return your goods to our studio. I do not provide return labels or cover the cost of returns. I am unable to accept returns if the goods are damaged or broken.

When sending items back please include a note with your order number (which can be found on your order confirmation email). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please ensure that the items are wrapped and packed in the same way that you received them to minimise damage in transit.

Unable to deliver

Packages returned to the studio by our couriers will be automatically refunded. If a return fee is charged by the courier this may also be deducted from the refunded amount.
